Nickel City Sons U 11 AA attended the Josh Bailey Classic and came home with GOLD! After taking the tournament by storm with a 5-0 win through the semi’s…. The boys faced off in the Finals against the London Jr Knights Green – with 39 seconds left in the third they tied the game 1-1. Going into 3 on 3 overtime, still tied, 2 on 2 overtime to score a goal and WIN the tournament! Congratulations to the boys for a solid effort all tournament!

The U9 Sons White just won the Tier 2 (AA) division at the Humber Valley Shark Attack tournament today. They went 5-0.

GREAT NEWS at last night’s game as Cubs President and owner Mark Burgess presented the first ever “NICKEL CITY CUBS” jersey to player Reid Martin and NCHA President Gus Lescault. All 14 teams in the NCHA will be wearing the CUBS logo next season and the Cubs will be extending resources and support to NCHA coaches and players at practices next season. Proud to have the NCHA a part of the Cubs family and brand in Greater Sudbury #wearefamily
